The School Day

All mainstream Primary schools are expected to provide a compulsory week of 32.5 hours. This equates to six and a half hours, Monday to Friday.

Our school Day begins at 8.45 am and finishes at 3.15 pm.

Children should be outside their entrance door in time for it opening at 8.45am. KS1 and Y3 children can enter thorugh younger siblings' classrooms and walk through school. Children in Y4 5 and 6 should walk around school to their classroom door in time for 8.45am. Learning activiites begin straight away.

If your child is just 10 minutes late each day, this is 50 minutes per week and 31.6 hours a year. This is very nearly a whole school week!!!!!!!
