Parents' Wellbeing These courses are not taking place at the moment because of COVID. We will get them started again as soon as we can.
The CAFT team is available to support parents' wellbeing, we recognise this is a vital part of a happy family. Raising children can be a tough job!
The boost course we ran recently was a great success. Here is a sample of the feedback received-
The course has been invaluable to me. I feel like I can talk and discuss and reflect on my mental health concerns more freely and have learnt that taking care of my own mental health is paramount to anything else. I am less anxious and feel more capable in dealing with my anxiety and worries and feel more positive about the future. I am working more on assertiveness and saying "No" more when I feel overwhelmed. Biggest postiive about the course is Lisa and Tracy! They are amazing and made me feel empowered, confident, "normal" and more assertive. They do an incredible job and are a true credit to the school. Thank you ladies for this experience. This is the first time I have been on a course that has been about "me" and I now realise how much this was needed!
