At Baguley Hall Primary we are a GOLD Rights Respecting School, during KS2 assembly we talked to the children about
Article 12-Every Child has the Right to be heard.
We asked the children what has gone well this half term in school.
Here are the children’s thoughts:
- Read Write Inc groups and instructions
- Playground equipment
- City Years
- Literacy
- Reading Books and starting accelerated reading
- Relaxation after dinner (led by our well-being Champions children)
- Swimming Lessons
- Making Circuits in Science
- ICT- having a teacher deliver the lessons
- Good friendships
We also asked what could be improved after this half term.
Here are the children’s thoughts:
- We need to improve at solving problems in Maths
- Need to be able to read longer in the mornings , so we need to settle sooner and start reading our books.
- More time is needed for PE
- Children need to follow instructions in PE sooner
