Anti-Bullying Week 2018

Spread the word...

We don't want bullying behaviour at

Baguley Hall!

United Nations Conventions on the Rights of the Child

Our rights Respecting Action Team worked with our City Year Volunteers to organise some activities for Anti-Bullying Week. Bullying behaviour takes away children's rights :

Article 15 - the right to choose your own friends

Article 19 - the right to be protected from hurt or mistreated in mind or body

Article 30 - the right to practice your own culture, language or religion

Article 31 - the right to play and rest.

Our Activities

We held a poster competition (with prizes!) for KS1, LKS2 and UKS2. There were some amazing entries - have a look at the display in school.

There were boxes for children to leave the name of a friend who is always kind and helpful. They received a special reward.

We also sold anti-bullying wristbands. All the profits were split between UNICEF and our school fund.
