Every child has a right to be heard.

Behaviour Policy

When our school behaviour policy was developed our RRSA Action Team was involved in discussions with the staff working party, identifying areas for improvement and discussing the impact of behaviour on learning.

They then started the whole school staff meeting with their own Powerpoint presentations, ensuring the voice of the children was a key part of the policy review.

As a result, green behaviour, that respects the rights of all other children in school, was identified as the basis of our new reward system.

Now this behaviour policy is under review. Once again, the voice of children is central to this and the School Council has been leading the process of collecting children's views and sharing these with the working party.
