SEND Support Assistant TA2 - 1 term fixed term contract

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional who is committed to improving outcomes for young people. The successful candidate will be nurturing, be skilled at  building respectful relationships with children and adults and be passionate about improving outcomes for young people. DBS clearance on the update service would be beneficial.

Working hours per week:  This would be for 32.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm.

Salary:  Grade 3 point 4

The Governors of this happy and successful school are looking to appoint an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant.

The role will involve 1:1 small group SEND suppport, predominantly in KS2 but some 1:1 SEND support cover across school if required.

 The successful candidate will:

 •be suitably well qualified.

 •committed to their own professional development.

 •have good knowledge of the Primary Curriculum

 •have excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

 •have excellent communication skills

Working hours per week:  This would be for 30 hours per week between the hours of 8.45am and 3.15pm.

Lunchtime Playworker

We are looking for a Lunchtime Playworker to provide a positive male role model for a small group of boys focusing on purposeful social interaction and play inside and out including sports, board games, arts & crafts, computer activities and a social lunch.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Build excellent relationships with children
- Work well as part of our existing team
- Be committed to the welfare of our children
- Be willing to develop and participate in playground and other outdoor learning games with our children
- Look after the social, emotional and health aspects of all children

Hours of work:  12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. Monday to Friday (Term time only)
